COVID-19 APPOINTMENTS DISCLAIMER
We are open and taking appointments but with a few changes.
We ONLY take 1h appointments for REMEDIAL MASSAGE and MYOTHERAPY.
NEW CLIENTS – We will e-mail you a Client Intake Form. Please, fill in online when possible prior to your arrival.
- WE ASK YOU NOT TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT or not to attend your appointment IF:
you have any cold or flu-like symptoms, Anosmia (loss of smell) or breathing difficulties.
- you have a temperature above 37.8C
- you have recently returned from overseas, or you have been in contact with someone who has returned from overseas in the last 14 days
- you have been around someone suspected from carrying COVID-19
- you have been tested for COVID-19 and still waiting for your results
PLEASE, wait until you have been cleared by your doctor.
We’re asking everyone to wear a face mask to their appointments (contact us if you wish to discuss this). Your practitioner will be wearing one too.
When you arrive in the clinic, please use the hand sanitiser dispenser just outside of the clinic’s door to sanitise your hands.
We ask you to attend your appointment alone, where possible.
Please, NO EARLY ARRIVALS. We ask you to wait in your car or on the street outside the clinic until your appointment time. If you wish us to call you when we are ready for you just let us know by SMS/call).
We do not provide a waiting facility in our reception.
Please, note that we allow 15minutes between clients for thorough room sanitising and to keep foot traffic to a minimum.

60min is our Standard treatment duration. You can discuss a longer treatment treatment (90min) with us.
(only 60min treatments are available during the COVOD-19 time).
Each 60min treatment consists of:
- Consultation (length of this can vary)
- Hands-on treatment
- After treatment assessment, recommendation and re-testing (ex. demonstration of passive stretching, strengthening exercise, stress management, etc.).
Please note that in the case of the first appointment at MassageLine, every client needs to fill in a Client Intake Form. We will e-mail you one a day before your appointment to fill in online
Our appointments start and finish on time. If you happen to arrive late for your appointment, we will utilize the time you still have left as best as possible, and you will be charged a full fee.
Strict 24h cancellation policy. Please, do respect our cancellation policy. We know that life is full of surprises and unexpected situations. If you think/know you cannot attend your appointment, please let us know as much in advance as possible. We do not like imposing financial penalties on you HOWEVER if an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice a fee of $66 will be charged.
